Scotch-aroos ( microwave ) Microwave for 1:30 minutes then stir. Microwave for another 1:30 minutes then stir. Pour into 9x13 inch pan sprayed w/PAM and press flat. Run rubber spatula around inside of pan to pull batter away from pan. Cool and frost. Frost with Melt in microwave for 1:00 minute and stir; microwave 1 minute more. Stir until smooth. Pour over cereal and spread in an "S" swirl the length of the pan, avaoiding the sides of pan. Cool. Store airtight. *(any water or corn syrup in chocolate mixture will make it hard) 1 - 9x13" pan yields 8 large AHS Scotch-aroos or 24 smaller bars |
