Tonight's meet is at Pickard Park, which is East of Indianola on HWY 92/East 2nd Ave. Parking is limited. Overflow parking is available at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church across the highway or at the Indianola Middle School located at 403 South 15th Street. We hope to see you there.

Welcome back AHS-GCC runners and families. We are excited to have many new and returning faces. Blessed with cooler temperatures and lots of enthusiasm, practice have gone great and we look forward to another enjoyable season.

Your running shoes are one of the top ways to combat injuries. The top shoe store for runners is Fitness Sports located at 7230 University Ave in Des Moines. The employees are trained to fit the correct shoe to your foot and will even let you take the shoe on a test-drive. They may still offer 10% off to high school XC runners.
Another store with similar features is called Running Room and is located near Jordan Creek Mall on Mills Civic Parkway. They also offer 10% off for Track/XC runners
